DESCRIPTION:February is commonly viewed as a month of love with Valentine’s Day celebrations and a focus on heart health so it seemed fitting to give a special gift to our guild members this month.   \n\n\n\nDoneane Beckcom will be our speaker and will walk us through some yoga stretches especially for quilters.  No need for a mat or any special clothing – just be comfy and enjoy some tips to loosen up those shoulders\, arms\, hands and back right in your favorite seat at our meeting.   \n\n\n\nDoneane is a truly a Jane Of All Trades and dabbles in everything from law\, music\, health and fitness\, raising and releasing beautiful Monarch butterflies and of course\, sewing.  You’ll be entertained and get a free yoga class too so please make plans to attend!
