DESCRIPTION:Class Description                                                                                                                               Would you like to learn how to free motion quilt using your domestic sewing machine?  This class is for the Beginner to Intermediate quilter who wants to learn the basics or to expand on their quilting skills.  \n\n\n\nI will share different design techniques to get you started\, such as feathers\, crosshatching\, pebbles\, and more. Keeping the design smooth and making even stitches can sometimes be a difficult task\, but with practice and my guidance you will feel much better about your quilting. \n\n\n\nThe big questions I get:  \n\n\n\nWhere do I start?  \n\n\n\nHow do I come up with a design? \n\n\n\nI have been quilting and teaching for many years and I want to make your quilting experience less stressful and more enjoyable. So let’s get started! \n\n\n\n\n\nFree Motion Quilting on Domestic Machines \n\n\n\nThis is an 8 hour class filled with information about free motion quilting.            \n\n\n\nSupplies \n\n\n\n1. Your domestic machine \n\n\n\n2. You must be able to drop the feed dogs on your machine. This makes it easy for the quilt to move freely under the needle. \n\n\n\n3. It’s good to have a needle down button.  \n\n\n\n4. Foot attachment required for free motion quilting. Any of the following will work depending on the requirements or your machine: \n\n\n\nHopping foot \n\n\n\nDarning foot \n\n\n\nFree Motion Quilting foot.    \n\n\n\n5.
